All in all you can start for a couple cents a click to over $100 a click.

Key terminology -

1. CPM - cost per 1000 impressions ( this means if someone charges $150 CMP you're paying $150 for 1000 impressions of that specific banner ad on their website) this is not clicks just impressions

2. CPC cost per click (this means if some charges $1 CPC you're paying $1 for every time someone clicks on the advertisement and goes to your website)
