Yes, you should change your password; however facebook is not always correct with these so called "locations".

Are your security questions easy to guess? Do you know anyone in New Jersey?

Facebook also has a neat feature where you can make it so that you MUST verify with a text message from your phone before logging into a new device. I suggest using that if you see this happen frequently.
