The process you described would not work. Most companies have it set up so you need a blog or a website to make money with PPC programs. The links are usually in JavaScript, which is why you cannot post it in a chat room box.

If you are really serious about making money with advertising then you need to set up a blog/website (which can be done for free) and write about something. Online advertisers want to make sure that targeted people are visiting offers because people pay A LOT of money to advertise online.

Also, clicking your own links will only get you banned.

If you are serious about PPC programs then check out google adsense, infolinks, adbrite, and chitika.

There really is no easy method like this that exists because you would basically just be stealing money from the advertisers. However, if you set-up a blog that receives traffic, it is pretty practical that you can make from $0.15-$3.00 for a single click depending on the offer.
