Whoa! NO. There's NO app that can do that. It's against Facebook's Privacy Policy.

PS: There are several fake apps that claims that they let you know who visited your profile or who deleted you. These are SCAMS. So, don't ever click on those under no circumstances. You may even loose your account. Be safe.
