Hmmm.. This is the regular question asked by all.
To get more and more twitter followers, you can follow others and they will follow you. And you can always unfollow guys who don't follow you.

And another tip is to use RT @yourusername while tweeting. Because the people who see your tweets might follow you if they find your tweet useful.
