- Purchase a great quality video camera, why?, if you haven't notice but all famous youtubers don't have bad quality videos, eg - Smosh, Nigahiga, music videos ect
- get a better username that stands out like the example above
- upload as many videos as you can, GOOD videos!, the reason being because the more interesting video you have the more views, and more views meaning more subscribers!
- add special effects in your video
- Spread your video as much as possible, eg Facebook,Twitter, Reddit ect..
