Unlink it from the internet for that period. There's no reason for her to be on Facebook. It's an addictive thing that was originally intended for people at least 18 years old, and now you can see why! I know a lot of kids are on it but they don't use it correctly or at the right times.

When my son needs to be on the computer, I make sure that the net is disconnected-- the cord is out, if you're on dial-up, or the modem is unplugged, if you're wireless. And you can control that yourself!
