Well, you could block facebook, but she won't be very happy.

If you are using internet explorer, go into Tools > Internet Options
Then click on the Privacy tab and click on the "sites" button. Then you can enter facebook.com into the box and hit 'block'.

This will only work if your account is administrator and your daughter's account isn't.

Sorry, I don't know how to block sites on Mozilla yet.
