Im not too sure if facebook has parental controls, try going onto the site and having a look. The next best option is to block the site if you have a router. Most modern routers have the ability to block sites from being accessed on your network or from being accessed at certain times of the day. It will depend on your type of router (if you have one), i would go to the manufacturers site and find a manual if you don't already have a hard copy. With my router, and many others it is just a case of typing in the IP address of your router as if you were typing in a website name. Most common IP adresses are:
192.168.1.1
192.168.0.1
192.168.2.1
192.168.123.254
This will then come up with a user name and password box in most situations and unless you have changed it the password will be the routers default one, for instance, netgear routers use the login of 'ADMIN' and 'password' for the password. If you manage to get to this point you are now logged into your routers settings in which you can search for a button saying "Parental control" or something similar. This will open up a page in which you can type in a site that you want to restrict and how you want to restrict it, once done press OK or APPLY and you might be asked to restart your router. Once you are done, try going onto the restricted site and see if it lets you. Some routers also allow you to restrict site with certain words in them which can be good for restricting content without having to know the name of every site that contains that content.

If you dont have a router and you want to get one, i suggest the TP-Link TL-WR941N which is very easy to setup and to restrict sites amongst other things. You could also go to your local computer store and ask the staff for some help.

Hope this is helpful, good luck!
