Hi feelin this,
I'm part of the Vodafone Web Relations team and am here to answer any questions you may have or simply just to help. That message is absolutely spot on - we no longer send out paper bills unless they're specifically asked for - SMS billing was introduced last year to save paper (and the environment!) and make sure you have your bill information as quickly as possible. You can check your balance after your first bill is paid by calling 44555 for free day or night - we'll send you another text telling you how many minutes and messages you've used so far this month, and this text is also completely free :-) If you're on the internet at home, you can sign up for an online account at http://www.vodafone.co.uk/myaccount where you can keep track of all of your usage too ;-) If you have any other questions we have our own Twitter pages where we also provide support, follow us and we're on call whenever you have a question! http://twitter.com/VodafoneUKdeals http://twitter.com/VodafoneUK All the best, Paul Web Relations Team Vodafone UK |
