When are new Bicycle playing cards coming out?

Is there any way to get advanced notification as to when new decks will be coming out ? I am on Ellusionists mailing list but do you have any other suggestions so I can buy decks before they get sold out ?
I know plenty of web sites where I can buy the decks from ,but many of the cool decks get sold out within hours ,maybe even minutes. If you don't know what day or what hour they being sold it can be impossible to get a deck. How do people know when to check ? From talking on forums ? Do the people that join clubs, like the Black Club on Illusionists get notified before others do ?
