please help me guys who are in a middle school!!!?

i really really like this guy and i think he likes me but i want to ask him but i don't want to bring it on too strong. im in middle school and this would my first real relationship if he likes me. i don't have his number but i don't know how to ask for it with out making it super obvious. i have never really liked a guy this much before. im really really nervous about this. i don't know what to do. im going to see him monday because school starts again like all school.....ha ha. but i just help please. i would prefer a guys opinion, but all help is very appreciated
