look here you. you will be 18 soon and they won't have such power. I would tell the doctor, then get into therapy bc I bet there are other issues underlying. Your parents obviously have issues too, which leads to the next generation being screwed up. If you tell the doctor or any of his/her staff that you want to talk to them in confidence, they are really good at getting the room cleared without being rude or upsetting your mom.
