Stalking is serious. I'd really recommend getting a teacher or counsellor to help you with this boy. What he is doing is NOT ok and you sound like it makes you very uncomfortable. It's nor 'mean' not to want the attention of someone who makes you feel this way. I would politely avoid him and speak to a teacher.
