WAIT!!! are u sure that friend of ur friend is not actually ur friend who uses his id to talk to u and make a scene out of it...'IF' that's not the case then its quite normal bcoz some guys(maybe im in that category too) r jst too shy to talk to anyone directly(maybe that's the reason he first contacted u on facebook and then via messages.)
A gud news for u is: one of my friend's boyfriend met her on fb first(although of same town) but took 3 months before asking her out...but the best part is they are very loyal to each other (for 3 years now)..therefore guys like these(shy) are actually cute and loyal rather than being a hunk and cheater...so enjoy ur dream date in ur dreams for a while..but he will surely ask u out but it might take a month as well...ENJOY..
