Should I tell my ex before or after her operation?

hey u have nice oppurtunity dude......use that
the situation which is appearing to u is like a challenge.......but i say u make that challenge an oppurtunity.......

see now u dont tell anything to her.....
instead u too be sad, as pretend that ur not feeling good as she is having operation.....
go near her and do wt and all u can do to her......serve her when she is need.......if anyone asks, tell them frankly that's its my duty towards her.......and be with her all time possible..and serve her.....u see by unadulterated service only love is manifested.......so tell wt ever u want to tell her through actions instead of words.....as action speaks stronger than words..........and use this circumstance to delever ur actions.........channelize ur actions den words.....by doing so u convience her.....
