How do I stop looking at my ex's facebook page everyday?
I know this is so stupid but I have this habit dwelling in the past and I have to stop! lol, I made a fake facebook page to look at my ex boyfriend's facebook page and I look at his girlfriend's page as well. I don't know why I keep doing it. I did delete the fake profile but I ended logging into account. I know some of you are going to say to get a life but I do have a job and go out with friends. Please help!
