well i used to go on craigslist everyday like you do but on facebook what i did to stop done something like that i went on yahoo a lot it did help or you can fined games to do on facebook i no its hared to stop done something like that but when you don't go on you well fell a little happier in your self.make it a game to see how long you can stay off that other facebook.
