Why doesn't God present himself in a way that would be believable to non believers?

Okay so, supposedly you have this omnipotent, omniscience, omnipresent (which are paradoxes in and of themselves) being who can according to the Bible do anything and can manipulate time and space.

Not actually according to the Bible, but interpolations based on ambiguous statements in the Bible.

So my question is, if this God people claims exist is indeed all of these things that the Bible states he is, why doesn't he manifest himself or present himself in a way that would be believable to people who reject God claims?

The Bible does say that the creation does present sufficient evidence for one who is seeking to believe. Free will allows on to deny the evidence that is there so the failing is not Gods but mans.

Obviously the book that Christians claim to be the basis for their beliefs and evidence for a god cannot be considered as authoritative because it does not match what science has discovered about reality for example, the bat is a bird (Lev. 11:19, Deut. 14:11, 18)

If the Bible were originally written in English you would have a point. It was not, the Hebrew word translated "bird' literally means "flying creature" Bats are indeed flying creatures so your argument does not hold up to honest scrutiny, but rather reflects lazy scholarship.

The Bible does not claim to be evidence for God, it points the reader to look at nature for evidence of God. There are no serious contentions between empirical science and any statements made about the natural world in the Bible. Human interpolation upon the Bible may reflect logical fallacies but again this is human error not the bible you are arguing against. Most alleged contradictions are the product of confirmation bias rather than valid contradictions if one applies Aristotle's laws of non-contradiction and rhetoric when reading the Bible.

Basically none of our arguments holds up against honest scrutiny but rather reflect lazy scholarship. The Bible specifically calls upon the individual to examine and weigh the evidence before committing. That would suggest that honest scholarship is expected. In that case it is fully understandable why those practicing lazy scholarship would not find sufficient grounds to believe.
