You Can Change your Picture you have 2 Options

if you Want to Use a Picture From your Computer Go to your Answers Profile Go to Edit my Preferences than Click on Update Photo/Avatar than Browse and Select the Picture From your Computer than Upload it and Than Hit Submit

If you Want To Make a Cartoon photo like a lot of People have and Want to use that Go Here
