How to be fully protected from viruses, malware, spyware worms and trojans, use a operating system that does not get these, I am on the internet everyday, I don't have or use anti virus software on my computers, becaause I don't use windows period,

Lesson One Windows and Mac are not the only computer operating systems in the world, there are free alternative operating systems that are more advanced and superior they are up to date January 2013
