social networking sites like facebook are the best place to start - i get so much wedding related stuff because that's what ive been liking recently one of my 'friends' actually lets other businesses advertise on their wall (Bridal Tales),so if you get on the magazine pages etc then you can use their influence

any bridal magazine - get an ad in every major publication.maybe try to get an article about you.if any of these magazines have a real life bride section then they may be featured,just ask nicely that the bride mention you.if you're in the UK,your first stop HAS to be 'Wedding Ideas' - every b2b i know carries this fab mag in their bag!

don't underestimate wedding fayres either - you may have missed this year but definitely contact about next years schedule

yes,it's expensive but it'll be worth it in the end.maybe draw in some clients with some special offers and spread the word that way
