How to stop using Facebook?
I hate Facebook with a passion. I recently made a new account after deleting my old one about a year ago. I deleted it because I was HORRIBLY distracted by it, and well, it's addicting. I thought the second time around would be different, but it's not. It was ok at first, but I'm now finding myself mindlessly going through my news feed like it's some sort of drug that I need... I also find myself constantly checking for notifications. Should I just delete it again? I really do hate it. A lot.
