Hi, I'll answer as no one else seems to be helping! On a facebook page click the arrow in top right then privacy settings, scroll down to apps and websites then delete any you dont want there. If you play games etc then you might want to keep them but one of the ones listed should be the dislike button one (maybe under a dodgy name) so you can remove it from there.
