Your computer has a ROGUE antivirus software. Rogue antivirus software generate pop-ups to swindle you into paying $50 so criminals can access your credit card info. I suggest downloading Malwarebytes to remove the rogue.

In addition, I would use Trend Micro over McAfee, because McAffe sucks.
