Right now china is where we were 100+ years ago in the "Guilded Age" Their industry is booming, but their society has yet to adapt different ways to solve the problems that come with industry boom. Because the industry is big and the population is big, the economy is big. The boom still hasn't reached everyone and benifited everyone yet.
