You would not find security shield in control panel.
Try fake-registering it like written here : http://www.technibble.com/rkill-repair-t...-the-week/ and using one of anti-malware tools :
Hitman Pro http://www.surfright.nl/en/hitmanpro
Spyware Doctor http://www.pctools.com
MalwareBytes Antimalware http://malwarebytes.org/
SuperAntiSpyware http://www.superantispyware.com/
