Ivan,
Try starting the computer and pressing the F12 key. You should then have some boot options. Choose USB from this screen. You can also start the computer and press F2 to enter the system setup screens. Once in the system setup arrow or tab over to the boot screen. From here you can set the system to boot to the USB device as first boot device. Make sure you have your usb key in the usb port. Save the changes before exiting the system bios. Once you have Windows installed you should go back into the bios and set the boot sequence to boot to the cdrom first or the hard drive.
