how can i find members for my band ?

Go on social networking sites, e.g. facebook do that free advertising thing, on classified ads websites like gumtree or create leaflets and post them in peoples does or lampposts. You could use that and ask people to turn up for auditions. Im sure there are a lot of musical people in your area who you could find useful. When you are doing your auditions, make sure you go for the persons who you think you can get along with well in the future otherwise you gonna be searching a lot. Be choosy as well, cuz you dont want to limit what your band can do. I know it sounds cynical, but im sure you will looking for record deals and stuff in the future. Good luck.
