You think that's bad?! It's only been posted for four hours! Just give it more time. It will eventually pick up. Besides, most videos don't get 100,000 views on the first day anyway... to me it seems you're doing all right right now. And don't feel bad if it never gets over 1,000 views. You wouldn't be the only one anyway...
