pick something that draws to people's attentions. something catchy; would you want to watch videos by a person with the URL listed above?
make a new account and tell all your subscribers and friends you will be switching to a new one. transfer all your old videos.
Look up video ideas on google. Do something that will catch someone's eye! A contest? A giveaway? A parody of your favorite song?
