I'm bi too. If you really like her friend more then her just breakup with her. Unless you'd rather be with her than him, but (God i'm not really helping, sorry) I've been in a realationship with this guy (note:im female) and I've been crushing on my best friend. im certain she likes girls but it's awkward to tell her about it. so if you really like him just go for him ;D!! good luck
