Why is my Computer freezing after 30 to 35 minutes?

try disabling unneeded background programs using the task manager, clean up the history & cookies, run ccleaner free from http://www.piriform.com, defrag the hd, & run chkdsk @ next boot. these should speed it up & make it last longer. also clean vents, fans, run on a flat surface assuring these are clear, & maybe run a cooling system under the laptop.
