Yup, sounds like he likes ya, but make sure you like him too before you get him something for Valentines day. If so get him something small that you would feel comfortable giving someone that's just a friend. Just incase he flirts w/everyone & you just havent caught him yet. That way you wont feel like an idiot or like its only you that's crushing.. Like just a hallmark V-day card w/a heart lollitpop tied to the card with a ribbon.
