That does sound a little odd. I think Eddie1983 is correct in assuming that it could be browser-specific. If you haven't yet, try either removing the browser and reinstalling it or simply using another browser to see if it fixes the issue. Past that, it's difficult to diagnose. I'm sorry you got the virus in the first place. Please know that you can also use the mobile app to manage your account. Here's more info on that. http://x.co/rzbH
