What are the chances of getting a job if one has a lack of references?
For example, a job seeker has been a stay at home mother for a few years. Because of the economy, she decided to re-enter the workforce.
However, her list of professional references includes former co-workers & supervisors who she has not spoken to in years. In addition, these people are not on social media. Thus, the job seeker does not know their whereabouts. Therefore, will getting a job be difficult due to a lack of references? If so, how do you overcome it? Ads |
