I am with Sky Broadband and when connecting and opening up on facebook a message says sky or Facebook is not?

With the Sky Broadband router (mine is a dark grey colour) it is occasionally necessary to reset the router. Either pull out the power plug from the router or push the on/off button, wait 20 seconds, then power up again. This resets the router though you may need to wait 3 or 4 minutes before the connection is ready to go again.
