Can someone explain to me how you get paid from creating a youtube channel?

You get paid by Google Adsense. Not youtube. But if you create a channel on youtube and promote your video w/ a program called JumpStart2.com they actually send real people & real traffic to your videos. So if you have enough videos you can earn money threw youtube!

Again that site was http://www.jumpstart2.com and we are the only company that provides the traffic that we do. We outsource most of the companies you see online. Like I said, we are the first & only!
