I once read somewhere that if you love somebody for more than five years, it's love.
Three weeks isn't long enough to know anything, so I suggest you wait a little. Also, be careful. Omegle sounds like a dangerous site, and for all you know (although it's not likely) you could be talking to a dangerous guy.
