Laptop Dell Inspiron N4010 Audio not working properly desipte of running of audio driver. Why ?

My name is Krishna and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. Try running the Dell Diagnostics Audio Tests. If it fails the speaker tests then it is the hardware, but if it passes, it is most likely a driver issue. You can follow the instructions from http://dell.to/g8qNbJ
