dealership lie (balise) what to do?

If nothing is in writing, then they don't owe you anything.
If it is still under factory warranty (3 years, 36K miles from original date of service) then you should get the keyless entry fixed under that. The TPMS light should also be covered unless something is just wrong with one of the tires.

Here is what you do - call the dealership and talk to Gary. Ask him to make it right, If he refuses, go to the dealership, ask for the general manager (or sales manager) and explain the situation in a calm, professional manner.

If they still refuse to make it right, just tell them you are going to go to dealerrater.com and every social media site you can think of and write a very poor review about your experience at their dealership. Even if you cost them one customer, it's going to affect them more than them just taking care of these minor issues and making you a happy customer.
