Auto finance is what I do for a living and it depends on what was in writing.

There is a form called a "We owe" that is used to describe any work agreed on to be performed by the dealer after the sale af any vehicle. If this form was filled out and the items listed the you have no problem simply call the service department and schedule a appointment to have the work done.

If this form was not filled out to include these items, your out of luck unless the vehicle is still under the factory warranty.
