What to do when your instagram and facebook are unaccessible?
This happened out of random, i got home and instagram asked sign in and i did but it said checkpoint required please go on your desktop to validate your identity. That happened like a week ago. And when i sign in on my desktop it says email sent , if the information is not correct you will not be able to recover your account. I havent gotten any email. And on fb same thing, but i still get the notifications in my email. So idk what to do? Should i wait a little more to recieve an email? Cause i really dont wanna make a new one. Helpp! Ima die Sad
