People at my school scare me?

And I don't know why. On Instagram and twitter and stuff, not as much during classes.. They always have so many pictures and followers and likes, etc on everything. Most girls post pics of themselves half naked or whatever. I've always been a bit curvy, not like I'd do anything like that, but the lack of maturity and self respect they have is shocking. They make me feel so insecure and bad about myself, it's awful. Even in person, in classes and such, I'm always nervous that I'll be laughed at for no apparent reason. I just sit and do the work and go home. I spend pretty much all my time at home, I only hang out with my friends once every few months.. Also, a lot of boys in my class always "flirt" with me, because I'm a quiet nerdy girl, and I never know how to react.. Ughh.. What should I do to avoid feeling this way anymore? Also, what do I do about the weird boys..? I'm 14, by the way.
