Why are people on the internet so negative?

I think the main thing is because they can hide while doing it. People act differently when face to face. Over the internet they have a false pride because the physical damage can not be seen, or do to them. Also some people that spend their entire days tend to have no social life and are very obsessive. They don't know how to come to a compromise or let the other person win because they haven't socialized in so long. When it's up against someone taking an opposite side to something they like they are quite bias and things get pretty ugly. Sorry out society is just so ugly in general, when one person bites the infection spreads.
