I don't see why you care but idk, sometimes you just get lucky. DONT spam them. I have like 10 or more following me some I have never even "mentioned" in a tweet. I'm NOT following justin bieber, sean kingston and greyson chance but they're following me

I know some people follow a celebrity when they say they're going to do a follow spree or w.e and then they get followed but I don't know how successful you would be...like I said you just get lucky.
