The most common way to make page on facebook is to open any page . On the top left you will see create page. On that you click first then you will see some option for the type of page you want to make. You then choose for what categories you want to create page. For you it's better if you choose entertainment. Click on the entertainment then you will see some box , on the top you will see choose a category, you may pick up according to what your page is about , you may also leave it blank on that box if you don't find suitable category. Below that you will see a box in which you have to input the name of your page. For you the suitable names might be jokesworld, laughingvirus or any term that suits for jokes.
