how to complain to facebook so i can buy gift cards?

i need to make a complaint about something that is going on
some girls keep reporting me as fake when im not because they're nasty and spiteful
ive had warning messages

I sent a report for something I can't see message and reported the three girls for it, however I'm not sure what else to do. I'm hoping they can give me some advice.
should I change my Facebook name? what should I change it to?
can I make my profile unviewable to other people?

i made my farms back on facebook after losing them and want to buy gift cards for them
