Don't go near a computer. Or a phone. Just quit cold turkey. There was life before facebook

If you really need to on your laptop, ask someone to change your hosts file so facebook goes to localhost. If you don't know what that means..Good Smile Just ask someone to do it and you won't know how to change it back Big Grin !
