hello,

Basically - you can't do that.

1 thing you should do is >> edit your privacy settings and make them as private as possible in order not to be visible to scammers, link: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=privacy

But, you should understand that these suggestions are formed out of the Friends of your Friends - so, another simple solution to get rid of these suggestions is to unFriend a person from your Friends who has got all these contacts.
